Everyday I am in the heart of La-downtown, I work there. This city still amazes me in every aspect. I see a lot of homeless people everytime I go down there and everytime I try to give what I can to them wether it be a dollar or 10 or whatever because it breaks my heart to see living human beings even that I don’t know in that situation. I then think to myself, at how thankful I am for all that I have. I don’t have much and I’m not rich but I do have a lot more than what I can say for those people on the streets. I think people should stop complaining at what they don’t have and those who pose to be better than everyone else cause they have a better car or a big house or only designer stuff should look at the little thinks and really appreciate them. Be grateful that you can go in your kitchen and grab somthing to eat or go out to a restraunt and not have to sell cans or look through the trash just to find your next meal to feed yourself. Be grateful that you can go take a nice warm bath or shower and not go weeks, months being dirty in the same clothes not being able to feel the warmth of a good shower. Be grateful that you have a job, it may not be a good one but its a job and if you don’t want it there are 10 people waiting in line that will be very happy just to have it. Be grateful for your family that they scould or yell at you,they say they love you; not having to be all alone having no one say I love you. So I think people should just get a reality check and see how worse off others are before they start feeling like there life is so bad!
